The short version: mum.sg doesn't track you, and your meal plan stays on your own phone.
What we keep, and where
We have no accounts and no database. Everything you choose is kept in your own browser's storage on your device:
- your settings, like how many people, meals, cuisines, days and food preferences
- the dishes you pick, your shopping list ticks and items you add
- your language, light or dark mode, and your privacy choices
While you use the site, this is kept for that visit only. If you turn on Remember my plan, your plan is also saved on your phone so you can continue next time. It clears itself once all its days are over.
Cookies and tracking
mum.sg doesn't use cookies, analytics or ads right now. The privacy box lets you choose ahead of time. If we ever add analytics or ads, they will only run if you switch them on. You can change your choices anytime with Privacy settings at the bottom of every page.
Sharing a list
When you share a shopping list, the link itself carries your plan, so anyone with the link can see it. Only share it with people you want to.
Services the site loads
To show the page, your device connects to a few services, which see your IP address the way any website does:
- Netlify, which hosts the site
- Google Fonts, for the lettering
- Open-Meteo and NEA's data.gov.sg, for the weather and haze readings
We don't receive or store this information.
Removing your data
Tap Reset everything, or Start new when asked to continue a plan, or clear your browser's data for mum.sg.
